These works are taken from the show There Is No Lead Mine Here which opened at WAYOUT Artspace in 2023, it brings to light the chaotic energy that a proposed lead mine has brought to the area of Kandos / Rylstone and highlights the impact it is having on the community and environment. This mine threatens to poison our soil, our water, and our air. Even the cactus on my windowsill won't like this one.

This show first exhibited at WAYOUT Artspace in Kandos and is now having a sister show with Chutespace and WAYOUTDOOR Cinema. WAYOUTDOOR Cinema is set into the front wall of WAYOUT Artspace and hosts a microcinema 24/7. It is a landing ground to showcase screen-based works in the regional town of Kandos.
