*News Flash* Announcing the winners of the M16 Drawing Prize
1st Prize - Franki Sparke The Love of Strangers - Celebrating the Safe Arrival of the SievX (pictured) $500 in Faber-Castell drawing materials and a $500 voucher for The Art Store 2nd Prize - Suse Ilschuer Drifting Apart $200 in Faber-Castell drawing materials and $200 voucher for The Art Store 3rd Prize - Kate Hine The Colour of Landscape $100 in Faber-Castell drawing materials and $100 voucher for The Art Store Click HERE to see the short-listed entries As well as the prizes, the drawing of each of the winners was framed by The Framing Store. The official opening of the Prize exhibition was Saturday 18th February 2006, with the exhibition continuing until Sunday 5 March. Judges were G.W. Bot, a Canberra artist represented in collections internationally, and Helen Maxwell, Director of the Helen Maxwell Gallery in Braddon.
